Ingredients
- Dal
- 1 tomato Tomatoes
- Oil
- Rai
- Dry red chilies
- 1/4 tsp Hing
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Haldi
- Ground ginger
- Green chili
- 1/4 teaspoon Lagan masala
Instructions
- 1.Boil dal and tomatoes in a pressure cooker until soft, then blend and strain the mixture.
- 2.Heat oil in a separate pan.
- 3.Add rai and dry red chilies to the hot oil, allowing them to sputter.
- 4.Once sputtering, add hing, red chili powder, and haldi.
- 5.Pour the strained dal and tomato mixture into the pan with the tempered spices.
- 6.Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 7.Add ground ginger and green chili to taste.
- 8.Stir in the Lagan masala.
