Ingredients

  • 2 water
  • 1 yogurt
  • 2 heaped tablespoon gram flour (per cup of yogurt)
  • salt
  • sugar
  • ground chili
  • marchu
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • dry red chili
  • hing (little)
  • cloves
  • rai
  • jeera
  • ghee
  • dhana
  • limbdi

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix water, yogurt, and gram flour together
  2. 2.Heat on low till boil
  3. 3.Check for whether too thick or thin to taste, constantly keep stirring otherwise the yogurt splits
  4. 4.Add salt, sugar, ground chili, marchu, ginger, and garlic and let simmer
  5. 5.Fry dry red chili, hing, cloves, rai and jeera in ghee
  6. 6.Add dhana and limbdi last to vaghar
  7. 7.Add to kadhi
