
Curry Dipping Sauce

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (shake can really well)
Instructions
- 1.Heat oil in small pan over medium heat.
- 2.Add curry paste and curry powder.
- 3.Stir until curry paste is smoother and spices are fragrant.
- 4.Reduce heat to low and add coconut milk and brown sugar.
- 5.Combine well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 6.Season to taste with salt.
- 7.Pour into serving dish and enjoy with Paratha Roti
