Ingredients
- 1 part Yogurt
- 2 parts Water
- 2 heaped tablespoon Gram flour
- Salt
- Sugar
- Ground chili
- Marchu
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Dry red chili
- little Hing
- Cloves
- Rai
- Jeera
- Ghee
- Dhana
- Limbdi
Instructions
- 1.Mix the water, yogurt, and gram flour together.
- 2.Heat the mixture on low heat, stirring constantly, until it boils. Continue stirring constantly to prevent the yogurt from splitting.
- 3.Add salt, sugar, ground chili, marchu, ginger, and garlic to the boiling mixture and let it simmer.
- 4.In a separate pan, prepare the tempering (vaghar): Fry dry red chili, hing, cloves, rai, and jeera in ghee.
- 5.Lastly, add dhana and Limbdi to the tempering.
- 6.Pour the prepared tempering into the simmering kadhi.
